ADOPTED!

Meet Jake! He’s a handsome 3-4 old yellow male Labrador who we’re happy to bring into the WCLRR family.

Jake is a joy to have, according to his foster mom. He is playful, loving, affectionate, smart, and full of fun and good energy. He is well behaved. There are 2 other labs and kids in his foster home.

Jake is completely housebroken and sleeps all night without making a noise. He pulls on the leash and will require some training. A Martingale collar with help with this. WCLRR sends a Martingale Collar home with all of our dogs.  Jake knows to sit, down, and stay. He takes treats gently and is not toy or food possessive.

Jake is not food or treat aggressive and loves playing fetch. His new home should have a supply of tennis balls and a “Chuck It.” It will give him great exercise along with walks, hikes, trips to the dog park or dog beach. Jake also does well in the car and would love to run errands with his new family. He gets along well with other dogs, meeting them happily and quietly. Jake can be a little nervous at first meeting new people. He is learning trust.

Jake has been neutered, microchipped, and is up to date on his vaccines.
