Meet Robbie! He is a handsome black Bench Bred English Labrador of 6 years old. Robbie is genuinely the best of the breed. He has excellent confirmation, including the big bear paws, shorter muzzle, big blocky head, and otter tail, he is stunning and sweet.

Robbie is looking for his best friend, a family that will allow him to lay on the couch and snuggle and hang out. He loves his tennis balls and enjoys a good game of fetch but hasn’t mastered the part where he needs to drop it.

Robbie does well on the leash and loves a walk. He’s happy with a pleasant 20-30 min stroll in the am and early afternoon. Robbie is non-destructive, and he is not food or toy possessive.

Robbie is also 100% Housebroken; however, all dogs could have an accident in their new home as they learn a routine and figure out all the new smells. Robbie has counter surfed, so his new family will need to be extra cautious and not leave anything on the counters. There should be no food, candy, gum, medications, or objects left out within his reach. All of these items can be deadly to a dog.

Robbie takes treats nicely and gently. He loves everyone he meets. Robbie loves his foster sister but isn’t into playing with her much. He’s more concerned about where his human is.

Robbie has some arthritis in his elbows. Our veterinarian recommends he be on an anti-inflammatory. Medications such as Carprofen for when he is showing signs of stiffness. We have observed a vast improvement since we have started him on this. Robbie must be kept at a healthy weight to ease any additional strain on his elbows.

Robbie is an exceptional Labrador and is going to be an excellent addition to a family. Robbie is neutered, up to date on his vaccines, and microchipped.
