ADOPTED!
Meet Natalie! She is a ten-month-old female Labrador/Golden Retriever mix, who is adorable. She charming and an affectionate girl.
Natalie is housebroken and uses the doggy door at her foster home. She doesn’t show any signs of food aggression. Natalie sleeps soundly at night, both in the crate and lying on the floor or dog bed next to her foster moms’ bed.
Natalie loves retrieving the tennis ball, which is a perfect way for her to burn off energy. She has typical puppy energy. She plays and then will take a nap.
Natalie does do a little puppy nipping, and she will try to climb and jump on you, both of which foster mom has been working with her to correct. Because of this, we will not be able to place Natalie with a family with children under the age of 10.
Natalie loves to chew on things, sometimes things she’s not supposed to like her dog bed. Her new family should make sure she has an ample supply of appropriate chew toys, such as Nylabones and Kongs. Toys with stuffing will not last with Natalie, and the filling can be dangerous if she swallowed it.
Natalie pulls on the leash and will zig-zag. Her new family should do some training, teaching her to walk correctly on a leash in addition to correcting the jumping and nipping.
Natalie loves the other dogs she is fostered with; we think Natalie would do well in a home with another young/large dog that matches her energy level.
Natalie is a beautiful, loving dog who will make a family very happy. She will need some proper basic training, which will be fun for her new family and Natalie. Natalie is “treat motivated,” so her training should be easy.
Natalie has been spayed, microchipped, and updated with her vaccines.
