ADOPTED!

Meet Tyson! He is an adorable 16 weeks old male Labrador Retriever puppy.  Tyson is a typical loveable ball of energy, which is what you would expect from a puppy! Tyson loves to play tug of war and wrestles with the dogs at his foster family’s home. A good game of chase is always at the top of his wish list as well.

Tyson was diagnosed with a heart murmur. He has been seen by a specialist, our veterinarian, and is currently being treated with medication. His condition will need to be monitored with his new family’s veterinarian. Tyson’s foster representative will discuss this with his potential family.

Tyson’s new home will need to be puppy-proofed, all items picked up off the floor, socks, shoes, toys, remotes, eyeglasses, electrical cords, and anything that might end up in his mouth and cause harm. His new family will need to continue to work on his housebreaking and his training. His new family will have to be diligent on all of these things.

Tyson is crate trained, and this is helpful with his housebreaking. He sleeps through the night and is a happy puppy.

Tyson has not been able to go on walks yet since he did not have all of his vaccinations. Now that he has received those vaccinations, he has started to walk. Being so young, he will need a family dedicated to getting him the proper training to become a great walking buddy.

Tyson is growing like a weed and has a healthy appetite! He is not neutered yet due to his young age, and he will be adopted with a neuter contract. His foster representative will also discuss this with his new family.

Tyson is now up to date on his vaccines and microchipped.

He will need a family who loves him and gets him the medical care he might need in the future. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THIS POINT BEFORE REQUESTING TO ADOPT TYSON! He is adorable, BUT he is a special needs puppy and will require more medical care than some people will want to endure. It will be a lifetime commitment!
