ADOPTED!

Meet Sophia! She is a three 1/2-year-old female chocolate Labrador Retriever who would love to find an active lab-loving family who will include her in their adventures. Sophia was part of a family and lived with other dogs, children, and a pool since she was a puppy.

Sophia is thoroughly house trained, well-behaved in the house, does not “counter surf,” and sleeps through the night. Sophia would love a home with a yard to play in, and perhaps even a pool, as swimming is one of her favorite things.

Sophia is presently learning to walk on a leash and is very strong. She will benefit from a family dedicated to leash training a strong Labrador Retriever. Sophia knows some basic commands and is very treat motivated, so her training will be easy.

Sophia gets along with other dogs, people and even seems to be ok with cats. However, we believe she would like another dog in the home, though it’s not essential, as long as playdates with other dogs are a possibility.

Sophia is spayed, current on her vaccines, microchipped, and had a complete exam with blood work.
